Form to fill out (follow the instructions below to proceed with your size exchange)

Here is the procedure to follow when exchanging clothing:

1. Using the group’s courier agent/Saguenay (in town)
   1. Fill in the attached « Clothing Exchange » form and print it out.
   2. Attach your printed and completed form to the item to be exchanged.
   3. Give it to our group’s courier agent

IMPORTANT: Be sure to give your item back to our courier agent in order to proceed with the size exchange. If you forget, your new item will not be exchanged until the boutique has received the original item.

 

1. Return by luggage (construction site)
   1. Fill in the attached « Clothing Exchange » form and print it out.
   2. Attach your printed and completed form to the item to be exchanged.
   3. Give it to your supervisor, mentioning that it is a luggage return.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to return your item via the luggage return to proceed with the size exchange. If you forget to do so, your new item will not be exchanged until the boutique has received the original item.

 

1. Outside of the Saguenay region
   1. Fill in the attached « Clothing Exchange » form and print it out.
   2. Attach your printed and completed form to the item to be exchanged.
   3. Return your item with the completed « Clothing Exchange » form and give it to your supervisor to return it via the luggage.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to return your item via the luggage return to proceed with the size exchange. If you forget to do so, your new item will not be exchanged until the boutique has received the original item.
