  • How long does it take to prepare my order?
    • We have an average preparation time of about thirty (30) days to allow our contacts to process orders in addition to their work at Gilbert Group's.
  • Why do I have to pay shipping charges on my order?
    • Gilbert Group's pays a portion of the delivery charges up to a certain amount. The excess must be paid by the employee requesting home delivery.
  • I've placed several orders and received a more recent one before an older one. Is this normal?
    • We try to respect the order of orders, so that older orders are processed before newer ones. We have a new system and we're working hard to respect the order of orders while we learn our new platform! 
  • I didn't order the right size for my item, what can I do?
    • Don't worry, you can exchange your item for the right size thanks to our exchange policy. Please refer to our size exchange policy for more information.
